RAA Claims for Windscreens
We are here to make your raa claims as quick and simple as possible. Typically you dont have to contact the raa and we can have your car repaired within 24hrs of your first call to us. With these few easy steps we can get you back on the road.
The first step in this process is for you to provide us with your details including :
– Your RAA policy number typically startig with MP00….. you do not need to contact the raa to find this it will be on all leters and emails regarding your policy as its how the raa identifys you.
– Your vehicle regestration number. This is so we can identify the exact model and year of your vehicle as well as the raa can confirm you have the correct cover on this particular vehicle.
Once we have these details we can submitt an intent to repair to the raa including a writen quote. This is were the raa will be able to advise us if you are covered and or if you have a payable excess. At this point you are not obligated to follow through with the repair if you find out that you have an excess or are not covered you can ask for a quote to be provided to you to asess if insurance is your best option.
The final step is to book a convient time for us to come out to your home, work ect and complete the repair.
